An original concept of local micro-dairies serving the agro-ecological transition of the dairy sector: through the manufacture and marketing of a gourmet range of dairy desserts to organic retailers, Bon Dimanche enables committed livestock farmers and producers to get a fair price for their production, and ensures the sustainability of their farms by encouraging conversions.
