Tasty local ice creams, a fair price for farmers. An original concept of local micro-dairies serving the agroecological transition of the dairy sector: through the manufacture and marketing of a gourmet range of dairy desserts to organic retailers, Bon Dimanche enables committed breeders and producers to value their production at a fair price, and ensure the sustainability of their farms to encourage conversions. Asterion led the first round of Bon Dimanche in May 2022.
"Crémeries-Unies develops gourmet ice creams and cream desserts that are natural (with no additives or preservatives) and local (using products/flavors from the region). The model is entirely designed in with tomorrow's agriculture in mind. Eléonore and Edouard are totally committed and passionate about their recipes and the pleasure they bring. The Asterion investors backing the project are of the highest quality, bringing a wealth of expertise that is key to the project's success (agroecology, ice cream, short-distance circuits, logistics and industrial processes, food retailing, brand strategy) as well as their knowledge of the ecosystem and their networks."

"FoodBiome enthusiastically supports the Crémeries Unies project, as it integrates the main challenges of our food system in a comprehensive way: promoting agro-ecological agriculture, developing natural processing methods without additives, demassifying the food chain to establish a network as close as possible to local areas, and thus reconnecting production basins with their consumer basins. We'll be at Éléonore and Édouard's side to support them and help them benefit from FoodBiome's extensive ecosystem."
