Life After Exit

Reinventing the aftermath

How do you find your place after selling your business?

"The first day of the rest of your life". That's the feeling entrepreneurs often have when handing over their businesses. A sequence that can be exciting, dizzying, euphoric or worrying. Suddenly, a chapter is closed and a new one opens, blending the personal with the professional.

How do you rewrite a new story? How much time should we give ourselves? How do you reinvent yourself when you've held a top-level role? These are also situations that vary according to age, aspirations and desire to make an impact. And this necessarily has consequences for one's personal life and a balance to be found.

Many members of the Asterion community have asked themselves or experienced these questions. They have animated dinners, meetings and invited themselves into conversations to the point of proposing to make them a dedicated moment.

Life After Exit is that moment. With this community, Asterion creates an intimate, authentic and benevolent setting in which to step back, explore this aftermath and get back on course. It's a moment, unfiltered, where everyone can question what's essential, find new ways to mobilize their energy and power to act alongside those who are also looking to make sense of what's next.

Evenings of conversation
and exchange to imagine
your next steps.

Life After Exit brings together a community of leaders who, like you,
are going through this transition. You'll find :

An intimate space for free expression

Life After Exit is a rare space where you can find moral and emotional support, share your doubts and raise questions at a key stage in your career.

Collective energy to fuel the movement

Dare to look at the aftermath differently, thanks to sincere discussions with peers who share your questions or who have already taken this step. The discussions enrich everyone's understanding of the different ways of managing this transition.

A framework
to find keys
and new impetus

Explore new avenues and leave with concrete keys to thinking about meaning, the impact you want to make and how to build a new life balance after this first entrepreneurial intensity.

For whom?

The program is designed for those who :

Are driven by a deep-seated desire to give-back.
Right arrow

And in concrete terms?

Life After Exit is a monthly evening gathering in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. While the Asterion community brings together over 200 entrepreneurs, these more intimate gatherings are organized with a dozen or so people around a cocktail reception.

Each evening is generally introduced by a testimonial from an entrepreneur, followed by a sharing of experiences.

To date, a dozen meetings have been held in Paris, but the success of this format has prompted us to set them up in Nantes, Bordeaux, Lyon and Marseille.

Would you like to join Life After Exit, take part in a first meeting or propose a meeting in your area? Please contact Louise Edouard.
