Asterion brings together a community of high-level operating angels from diverse backgrounds. Whether they are successful founders, heads of large groups or have unique expertise, its members all share the same ambition: to lend a helping hand to those whose actions serve as a tipping point for entire sectors, regardless of their investment capacity.
It's a matter of like-mindedness, shared vision and key skills, harnessed in the right place at the right time. The Asterion team strives to maintain this balance. Each start-up is consolidated into an ad-hoc holding company (SPV), allowing for simplified governance and facilitating fundraising.
